    The amount of over-shoot is intriguing too. I made a Class D amp back in 1988 for my degree - the 'carrier' was at 'only' at 200Khz. I'm not sure though if I got this much over-shoot?, cause by a little too much inductance and capacitance (effectively a second, third order system?), which may be difficult to dampen nail, and so dampen?
    I really must go and look at my old 1988 report. :o)

    how pwm is amplified? ,is it done by the comparator, or the output mosfet? but the two mosfet is configured like a buffer in class ab amplifier
