the past will keep haunting you if you keep escaping instead of accepting it. stop blaming yourself, stop putting yourself into your own dungeons, stop beating yourself up. enough of all that and start forgiving yourself.

Trough the years I spent dealing with depression and anxiety, BTS helped me to understand me and my feelings more. They led me trough times where I didnโt have any hope left. Now Iโm learning to let go of the past and Iโm slowly letting go of bts. They made held my hand when no one else could. I will always be thankful for the message BTS spread and for the comfort they gave me and many more, in times, where the light was almost shut. BTS will always have a special spot in my heart and memory and I will never forget how they unknowingly saved me and my life.

I had a wonderful day today, until I received very bad news in the evening. I was crying and searched on RUclips for a glimpse of healing. Thatโs when I found your video. It helped me so much. Currently, I am overwhelmed a lot with everything I have to do for university. All the responsibilities that I took upon me are getting too much, but I have to keep going somehow because I have few other choices. I'm quite lost in life, I often don't know what I really want, who I really am or want to be, why my brain does not always work how it's supposed to, what the outcome of all this will be. I am so filled with regret for the things that I failed to do, for the decisions I made, every day, and it's so hard to let go. I get a bit of comfort from your video and others like that, so thank you for this, as well as your words in your pinned comment! I just feel at the moment like Namjoon described at the beginning, as if every day is a war currently, but I also know, like he does, that it will be better again some day. I have been having one of those days. Life is really confusing. I have worked hard to achieve dreams only to realise this job and life makes me really unhappy and unhealthy. But I need the money to keep supporting old and precious dreams that have awoken in me. I am pivoting. My para social relationship with BTS has gotten me through very tough moments. I have doubts somedays based on the larger fucked up system that they are also clearly stuck in. This video reminded me why I stanned them so hard in my life. Why they are still able to comfort me in a way no other person in my life has. Why I always will have a place in my heart for them. Thank you for your video. He didn't deserve to die like that honestly I feel like I need to break down and just sob buckets in sweat tbh. What can I do.

Many times I tried to take my life but they are the only reason that I am alive i will surely remember them till the last minute of my life they helped me to fight depression anxiety insecurity hurtful words,i felt usless disappointed in myself but they gave me hope good things will surely happen in my bad times just seeing their smile i smiled they have been my comfort zone when i felt when no one understood me they understood i hope one i day i will meet them and give everyone a big hug for saving my life๐

Ok so listen I don't know about anyone else but before this I cried like everything went too over whelmed for me so I need to cry and after that i couldn't stop so I went into wash room came after an hour or so why puffy puffy eyes and I still want to cry more but then I reliazed I needed some comfort rn so I directly searched bts comfort videos and your popped and trust me ur video did really lit up me and their words held me one more time again

Despite my utmost efforts, the outcome fell short of expectations. Post-results, my father's silence and my mother's disparaging comparisons have left me disheartened. The day the results were announced, overwhelmed with emptiness, thoughts of self-harm plagued my mind. Surrounded by guests at home during this moment, my parents maintained a facade of normalcy. I hoped they recognized my hard work. However, once the guests departed, the criticisms resumed.

Thank u so much for making this video, at the moment Iโm really having a hard time and Iโm just so lost I donโt know how to feel so hearing words of comfort from the people I love and look up to the most gave me a reason to stay positive and get my hands off the things I cannot change and rather on what I can change so Iโm sincerely thanking your wonderful Channel aswell. U have no idea on how much that impacted me bts helped me overcome depression aswell well a few years back and ever since Iโve become an army, whenever Iโm down and I feel alone and cold I always turn to them although it may be through a screen their words are always dear to my heart they arenโt just a boy band theyโre family, not bonded by blood but by the love and trust we have towards each other. Iโm going through a tough time because someone I care about is leaving although itโs for awhile and Iโll still have contact with them itโs just so hard to accept it. So truly thank u ๐๐
