Easy palm tree pod removal without climbing

Thisi an easy way to remove palm tree seed pods that may be to high to reach with a saw. This tree is about 28 feet tall and was just too high to reach with a pole saw, even from a ladder.
Tools used: 1/8" cable, 1/2 ton chain come-along, crosby clips, masking tape, 23' extension pole, 6' ladder and safety glasses.

Buddy my palm trees are in Georgia and are bushy and have tons of branches or palm Fronds as they are called. What do I do about having 100 branches up in my palm tree that is 30 feet to the first branches and 37 to the top. It has been growing and not trimmed for 24 years.
