Bro however I was bribing Rs 500 to RTO inspector for my retest passed despite I was producing requisite papers intact as inspector's assistant demanded Rs 500 as office routines for my Retest being passed. Eventually I succumbed to his demand as they deliberately doing delaying tactics. And I spent Rs 300 for getting my medical certificate 1A. Still I saved Rs 2200 because of you. I paid online Rs 1000 as fee for my DL renewal+ retest fee. Once again my hearty thanks.

Great job. Should the licence holder go again to the RTO to collect the renewed licence? Will they give to anybody else? Will be good if you can give complete information till the end - how many visits. Will it be 3 visits- one to submit, one for the appointment, one to collect the licence?
The licence holder must visit RTO Office to collect the licence. The number of visit is depends on rto.

You have to visit rto office again to collect the license. mostly you can get within one to two days. visit rto office tomorrow. carry aadhaar.

You have to apply renewal + change for address to Ponamalle rto. upload aadhaar card for address change. also you need any government doctor signature in form1-a. form 2 is mandatory for a the service.

Yes bro. but you have to get NOC from Tamilnadu RTO Office. Contact your Kerala RTO Office Once bro. Because i never tried state to state licence change.

1) No sir, You have to get MC from Current Working Doctors.
2) You have to visit last serviced rto for renewal. if you want to change rto then you have to pay change of address fees also. ( Some rto office will accept without change of address fees)

You can go RTO office any day. because slot not required. Take, Vehicle RC, Insurance, Pollution in hand

You cannot do LMV LLR and Change of address at the same time. First you have to apply change of address. and then apply LMV LLR using i already have DL in New Learner Licence Option.
