If you learn the actual mechanism behind plaque formation, maybe you wouldn’t suffer under such silly notions and spout them on the World Wide Interwebs. They did a study in the 1970's at a huge teaching hospital. Every patient that presented with myocardial infarction was given high doses of magnesium intravenously.

Some of those give you elevated levels of Uric Acid. Purines that reflect gout and great pain hands and feet.
Purines a red herring. The real problem is metabolic syndrome, alcohol and fructose. Addressing the metabolic syndrome is more important than avoiding purines.
@@gavtex1065 whats purines?
@@kbb8962 Wikipedia will explain more than adequately. In both animal and plant foods. As you will see it is an important nutrient however when broken down in the body uric acid is a by product. Uric acid itself is also useful for a number of things like as an antioxidant for one, but if it builds up to excessive levels it can lead to Uric acid crystals forming and cause gout. I would suggest that real the problem though is a dysfunction of Uric acid excretion rather than consumption of purines and gout only seems to occur in the presence of insulin resistance and chronic blood sugar dysregulation. So rather than trying to Band-Aid the problem by avoiding the Uric acid precursor I’m suggesting it would be far more effective to address the blood sugar dysregulation especially when that problem will lead to a plethora of other issues if left unaddressed.
Heavy metals in fish. Don’t overdo it. Same with flax. Be careful where you get your flax from. Hemp hearts are full of omega 3 & 6.

There is no established federal limit for cadmium in foods in the U.S. Cadmium, which plants can absorb from the soil in which they are grown, is a probable carcinogen. DHA is about pliable and hydrophilic cell walls that optimize the energy throughput to make ATP. Cardiac cells that dont make enough ATP make lactic acid, which seizes them as it builds up.

@@Gabriel-pt6tq what do you prefer eating? Because the one you like will make it easier for you to eat a good amount. Not only you get Omega 3 but loads of othe stuff like calcuim, protein and trace minerals that are bioavailable for optimal absorption
@@Gabriel-pt6tq wild caught, preferably NOT in cottonseed, canola or sunflower oil. Olive oil is best.
