Even in my own little life, it feels as if, although there are surely online docs that may not have the most current, most valuable information, that seeing a doc that doesn’t have a channel, almost feels like a death nell. Even if YOU find more up to date information, there feeling is, “But, that’s what I learned, when I graduated, in 1955.” Like, you work in healthcare, which is known to have advancements and I’m paying for your 1955 education, that came to a dead stop!? RUN!!!

Every time i try to lie down i can feel the heartbeat! Another thingis that my period wasn't like the Usual ones, the blood was so minuscule, i never had sth like that. I was by two cardiologists (last year and this year in may, they did an EKG- lying down and moving, and a screen for my heart. Supposedly everything's fine....should i believe them? Are those tests enough to determine heart problems?

I was doing keto & not eating enough carbs. Not everyone can thrive on a ketogenic diet. I starting drinking raw milk & I also started taking electrolytes & supplementing magnesium glycinate. Everyone is deficient in magnesium. Once I started balancing electrolytes the heartbeat thing stopped. I don’t thrive on a 0 carb diet. You may not either. As you will see it is an important nutrient however when broken down in the body uric acid is a by product. Uric acid itself is also useful for a number of things like as an antioxidant for one, but if it builds up to excessive levels it can lead to Uric acid crystals forming and cause gout. I would suggest that real the problem though is a dysfunction of Uric acid excretion rather than consumption of purines and gout only seems to occur in the presence of insulin resistance and chronic blood sugar dysregulation. So rather than trying to Band-Aid the problem by avoiding the Uric acid precursor I’m suggesting it would be far more effective to address the blood sugar dysregulation especially when that problem will lead to a plethora of other issues if left unaddressed.

People are worried about mercury in fish, but you don't have to worry about mercury if you eat fish that are small or have a short life span because they have very low mercury, because mercury accumulates as the fish grows and live longer. All the above mentioned fish are small and have a short life span so they are safe for consumption, and are very healthy

@mailywong9612 You need to cook pasta together with broccoli in salted water, in the same time take pan, put on pan some olive oil, some anchois, peperoncino and garlic( not obligatory) Wait untill anchois will dissolve on pan, after strain pasta and broccoli and put on the pan with all anchois and mix it all, we here in Italy have anchois under olive oil in little glass jar, good lucky with recipe!
