High fat diets, and diets that have processed food in them are indeed what makes diabetes a possibility. There are vegans who eat a high carb diet (from fruits, though- not the other kinds of carbs) and their sugar levels are fine. So not all carbs are bad.
And in fact, regular carbs (pasta, potatoes, rice) are fine, too, if they weren’t made with oil and if the quantity was reasonable (truly reasonable and not what one person might *think* is reasonable)

Ingredients: elbow noodles
1 half cup cheddar cheese
1 half cup of parmashon cheese
5 tps butter
1 tea spoon oil
1 cup milk chocolate chips
Tea spoon salt
Teaspoon pepper
Peporation
Cook at med high heat noodles cheese and butter. When done take of stove. Cool. Melt your chocolate chips and coat popsicle stick with the molten chocolate. Fill the popsicle mold with your mac and cheese. Freeze for 2 hours. Remove and sprinkle on salt and pepper.

Nora, I lived with a type 2 diabetic for my entire childhood and what you're saying is false. One of the first things they tell people with type 2 is to watch their carbs, fat has very little to do with it. Fat does not directly convert to glucose. I have never met a type 2 diabetic that has solely gotten their diabetes from a high fat diet. Glucose is the issue, and carbs convert to glucose.
