How does low Marginal propensity to save has a negative impact on tax buoyancy. If I save less and spend more I’ll be paying more GST or sales tax . Taxes will increase that way to govt In a way tax buoyancy will have a positive impact

Credited in CFI because it's capital receipt not public' money/money in transit.
