    Thank you for posting the lecture. I bought your textbook and I have enjoyed the videos. For critical difficult Airway’s like Ludwig’s angina or cervical hematomas - from your experience, how do we best avoid potential for laryngospasm? Do you find that that patients with such critical airways tolerate the viscous lidocaine application? Is the Atomized 4% lidocaine better? How do you modify your technique if the patient has trismus say from Ludwigs or an oral abscess? Thank you.
