    This week's videos will dive deeper into correcting tightness in your HIPS. Your hips should should be a little bit more flexible, as a result of your hard work from our last stretching video. ;)
    If you haven't even attempted the last video's stretching routine, go back and master those before moving on to this advanced routine.
    This is our Advanced Hip stretching video. This is where we up the ante and really get into deep hip stretching. Get ready to feel a stretch of a lifetime!
    Video Content:
    •Normal vs. Abnormal Range of Motion: Squat, Hinge;
    •Associated Disorders: General stiffness, bursitis, pseudosciatica, sciatica, osteoarthritis;
    •Daily Stretching Routine (Duration): Modified Pigeon and Adductor stretch, with both internal and external rotation of torso;
    •Can be done on the floor or a seated surface.
    Things to remember when Stretching:
    1. Maintain focus and body awareness. If something doesn't feel right, back out of it and reassess.
    2. Stretching shouldn't hurt. Work up to a mild, but controllable discomfort.
    3. Work your way towards longer holds (5 minutes +).
    4. Don't stretch "cold", do a little warm up first.
    5. The more you do, the quicker you will get results!
    6. Get addicted to stretching, you have a lifetime of doing it ahead of you! If you look at it as a chore, you will never get it done.
    7. Make it part of your lifestyle and you will be paid dividends with happy hips for the rest of your life.
