I remember watching the original video when I was much younger. The second I saw this in my recommended, nostalgia hit me like a truck.
I agree
Glad to see you back on your feet. Great comparisons as always. I like how Ocean tried their hardest to recreate DK for both Amstrad and C64.
It's kind of shocking how good the Amstrad version looks. Most of what I've seen of Amstrad games (from British RUclipsrs, I'm an American and never owned one) has been lousy ports of Spectrum games, but here we've got a conversion that outdoes most of its contemporaries when it comes to including all the levels, animations, and little touches from the arcade version.
Scheduled for work tomorrow so might not get to stay through the whole premiere. But I will try & pop in to say hi. :)
Alright, man. Take care.

111. Pengo, also by Sega (remake)
112. Money Puzzle Exchanger by Face (as the Neo Geo title)
113. Strider by Capcom (remake)
114. Switchblade by Core Design and Gremlin Graphics
Note: While each game has one comparison video, some games combined into two could still have an individual video, too. For example:
1. Let's Compare ( Kiki Kaikai / Pocky & Rocky )
2. Let's Compare ( World Heroes & World Heroes 2 )
3. Let's Compare ( SFII: The World Warrior / Champion Edition )
4. Let's Compare ( Wonder Boy III: Monster Lair / The Dragon's Trap )
5. Let's Compare ( After Burner / After Burner II )
6. Let's Compare ( Sky Kid / Sky Kid Deluxe )
7. Let's Compare ( Detana!! TwinBee / Pop'n TwinBee )
Plus, after the credits to the Puyo Puyo 2 video, there is a music video found in the Saturn port by Katsumi Tanaka called, "Shakunetsu no Fire Dance" which you can add as a bonus footage.
I notated your comment & saved it as a word pad. I'll see what I can do about some of these.

If not, it's just a suggestion.
I haven't done it. I thought about it once but for some reason that I can't remember I passed on it. I'll take another look.
