Gadsen is a good receiver brother I live 35 mins from SU campus seen him play a lot of games. He’s got speed and can help us. Coming off an injury this season tho not sure if he’s gonna stay another year

@@PantherNationPodcast I don’t disagree with your theory, however, after giving up so much to get Young and considering this offense needs so much taking a QB early wouldn’t help the situation.
Unless you have some serious questions about Bryce, taking a QB early would be completely off the table.
Which simulator are yall using? I feel like the pro football network one has the most realistic trades but not necessarily sure who has the best rankings
There are a couple players I keep targeting. Obviously o line. I like wr Franklin out of Oregon if. I like the linebacker out of nc state. The corner out of Michigan and the one out of Tennessee. Edge rushers Mohamed Kamara, edge rusher out of Utah eliss, edge rusher out of Alabama Braswell, Jerry Rice son at wide reciever or the wr out of Colorado, tight end sinnott, rb ray davis, rb estime out of notre dame and the rb out of Michigan and Oregon also I'm not completely sold on Bryce. If you can get a Daniel's, nix or pennix in the 2nd it's tempting

Love the content from the PNP crew! Shad just a possible content idea with these mock drafts; since they are just for fun due to the early nature of where the season sits, why not dedicate a vid/draft to fixing one side of the ball at a time. One draft all Offense, next draft all Defense, and maybe a 3rd with trading picks as often as possible to obtain as many as possible to see who we could hypothetically get. Anyways, love the content and don’t listen to the haters! Keep Pounding!

I'm very against getting another quarterback in day 2. Bryce's protection and weapons are both the worst in the league, passing on those just to grab a backup to make his seat hot would be some *really* bad priorities.

I’d say this about taking another QB. Arizona got a 2nd and a 5th for Rosen and that was the most recent time. But they had the #1 pick and got Kyler which was that coaches preferred QB so I guess it depends on the guy we hire.

I get this is a mock but In real life unless it is actually a crazy trade I’m taking the best available offensive player with the 2nd be that a TE,WR,OL and a bigger rb in the 4th to 5th
With the offensive line all under contract and either underperforming/always injured would it be crazy to spend multiple "high" draft picks this year and try to stabilize that for the future? When you go the FA route and don't overpay for the one or two best guys available its a total crapshoot when value shopping. So thoughts on maybe taking a LT in round 2, move Ickey to LG, draft a RG/C in round 3, then settle for a value WR in round 4 and a CB/LB in round 5, and whatever bigger RB is there in round 6?
I wouldn’t draft a qb early in 2024. I would surround Bryce with lots of talent. If he’s not the guy, drop in a qb in 2025 with the surrounding talent.

I would draft a Kicker, a punter and a long snapper before wven thinking about drafting another qb especially a backup qb in the late rounds of 2024. Thats how ridiculous that idea is

I think if there is a QB I like, you always draft that guy. You never know what could happen, even if Bryce is the guy you could trade the other QB later. Also having a potentially great backup QB is not a bad spot to be in
Taking a QB in the 2nd/3rd round is DUMB!! We still gonna have Dalton so you just gonna have 3 competent qbs and no wr, rb, or oline?? Cant believe i even gotta say this but that kinda talk got me fuming.

Taking a qb with the second selection after year 1 of Bryce Young would be stupid. If you're worried about a backup qb, then take one in the later rounds in 2025. Not 2024. You're supposed to get him help and support your rookie qb not undermine him smh. There's other important issues on the team that has to get gixed first. A 3rd string backup qb isn't one of them. Plus we have Dalton under contract for another year. So this draft should be about getting Bryce help and addressing needs on D. Not undermining Bryce

A rookie qb isn't gonna thrive in a type of situation that Bryce is under. Especially with Eternal chaos and constant flip flopping of playcalling and different voices in his head

He looks to one side everytime he throws the ball..Doug P does a great job at scheming his primary target open! But at least he has prototypical traits and thts something tht Bryce is lacking tremendously!
