I think Disney and Universal's rivalries actually is what keeps each other healthy.
I'd rather go to both for their own qualities.

yeah imo I dont even think its close between Disney and Universal. Besides if you are a little kid, Disney offers almost no actually good coasters besides Guardians and maybe 2-3 other ones. Waiting in line for rides like Velocicoaster and Hagrids feels like a whole experience where it immerses you into the ride. I never got that same feeling at Disney. Not to mention Universal does excellent with ride operations and I've seen Disney go painfully slow on some of their rides.

But their main park is absolutely atrocious, islands of adventure has terrible food and terrible lands, no offense besides Harry Potter, with terrible maintenance to the land. And pretty much all of that the universe looks good just besides the dead ends.
Also universal has like 4 good coasters
Universal right now is better but if they ever get rid of the Cat in the Hat and ET, Disney wins.

Don’t know where you got the parking price info, all 3 major parks are currently $32 for standard parking which is laughable that Seaoworld thinks they should charge the same as the other 2 companies, their parking system is so bad and unorganized. Disney will charge more if you want to park hope with your car, Universal is great that is actually a Garage because the car will be cool when you finish your day and not 100 plus degrees in the summer. For theme land my favorite is Galaxy Edge, maybe because I don’t get the hype for Harry Porter, I do however prefer Diagon Alley over Hogsmead , when you enter Diagon Alley from the regular park always wows me, but the detail, the sounds, the characters on Galaxy’s Edge are my favorite.
@@ForRJ I got my parking prices off the Disney and universal website. Also I credit them in the description so check it out instead of saying “oh where the info from”.

I enjoy both parks, but Disney is resting too much on their laurels. Universal is really expanding and Disney should pay attention.

Agree 100%. Disney are investing substantial more in overseas parks and ignoring their home customers. All charges ie park fees, hotels and food etc etc etc are being substantially increased with very little customer satisfaction offered in return. I am sad to say that my family days of visiting the House of Mouse are over.
I hope someday I can go to some universal and Disney parks

Disney Season pass is 12-1300. Universal is 600. And universal always has a buy 2 days get three free. They are much more affordable

I plan on going to universal 8/19 - 8/23 it'll be my first, id like to think its better than Disney.

It’s good, the only problem is is that the other two parks are kind of suffering. Especially the main park, and to be honest, but they’re kind of running out of ideas.

@@CoasterFlix342 yes it is, I like the park but it has a lot of flaws nobody is pointing out because it’s universal. The park has a lot or rides that are outdated, bad, and are terribly maintained. The food quality is atrocious, the shops are lack luster, the lands besides Harry Potter are all outdated and are some of the worst maintain lands I’ve ever seen in the theme park. I like some stuff still but it’s way too overhyped for a park that looks like crap. Just to be honest but with out the velocicoaster, hagrids, and forbidden journey, nobody would be visiting this park, even if it had Spider-Man and Hulk. Just a fact
