God I want what lil nas has. I can feel myself in the studio with producers, going track by track and seeing what I’m feeling, scatting to a back track only to listen to it later and hear the words in the gibberish. Maybe one day, probably not, but maybe.
That’s one of the most powerful things about producer x artist relationships. Having such a bond to the point where they are able to communicate what ur saying through music. Both nas and daytrip have never left themselves if not at all and stayed together since they met. It’s really inspiring.
