Unfurnished houses are slightly cheaper than furnished ones. Its up to you whether you want to spend initially to furnish your house and then move in or to just get a furnished apartment and pay a slightly higher rent

Hello, I use the rightmove app for house hunting and yes its usually managed by agents. If there is property available in Greenpark it might get listed in the app. So its worth checking frequently
