घोघरा महादेव मंदिर नागपुर / ghoghara Maha dev mandir Nagpur

The natural beauty and marvellous landscapes never fail to amaze us. And just when we think that we have visited every single spot there is to see, we stumble upon a new and even more breathtaking location waiting to be explored. One such place that we came across recently is the Ghogra Mahadev.
Located near Nagpur, Ghogra Mahadev is a natural wonder like none other. Situated in the middle of nowhere, this place is surrounded by open fields all around with barely any vegetation. The white rocky surfaces resemble closely to how I imagine Kailash Parvat (where mythologically, Lord Shiva resides) minus the snow. Set up like a maze, these rocks have the pristine Pench River flowing through them, that adds to its charm. Once you reach here you will witness gigantic rocks as far as your eyes can see. In fact, even the staircase in the entrance is made of rocks and the trail to the main temple has big boulders on both sides.
