  • Today we are joined by Trunnis Goggins Jr, Son of Trunnis Goggins Sr and brother of David Goggins. I picked up a copy of David Goggins book 'Can't Hurt Me' and a few chapters into the book became very interested in what happened with Trunnis. Upon searching on the internet we connected and he agreed to give his story to us on Dad Talk Today.
In this interview we speak about his upbringing, murder of his daughter, death of his father, his brother David Goggins and much more.

What does the titles of this interview meaning? Who learned to play hurt? I watched the video but either didn’t get it or missed the “learned to play hurt” bit.

Considering everything he’s been through, the death of his daughter, raising his grandson, living with his father, that he is still going, I think that kind of speaks for itself.
