I'm also a background vocalist so I can tell you, sometimes the lead flows in the areas the Spirit leads them so as a BS you don't have time to 'prepare' so you have to adjust. Yes they have areas they could work on but you have these moments to help you and challenge you. Overall I love the song and I listen to it everyday.
