@@bmp-2267 Jimmy Paige, is who this comment was referring to. He did write this. The "original" song is totally unrecognizable to this version, and the instrumental couldn't be more different. Its basically just the lyrics that are copied, and then expanded upon heavily. I get why people keep bringing it up, but whoever wrote the lyrics did not write this song nor is it a cover at all, unless you consider a cover totally changing the song and keeping only some of the lyrics the same. I don't know WHY the lyrics were copied, but its the melody and instrumentals that make this song.

In High School my band would do that same basic progression and called it "Distant Roads".... Distant roads.... are calling me.... it was used to fill in space when we needed more songs that we had at the time. True........ You sound great!! Good times!
