I sing my girlfriend who suffers from a severe depression to sleep every night this song. I just side right beside our bed with my guitar and I play it while looking at her eyes. The first time I saw her eyes when singing this to her I knew she was the one I loved and she just slowly drifter away calmly, something that usually would only happen if she took sleeping pills I now help her calm down her little restless heart to sleep. First heard this song around the time that the Father of my kids was diagnosed with terminal cancer. He passed within 6 months of first "sign" of illness. He died 12 weeks after diagnosis. This song is bittersweet for me...great song!
