I have used this 3 years in a row, making a copies of my original from 2022. THANK YOU! The investement of effort at the start makes up for it in the negotiating and toing-froing when setting a suitable time. This tutorial makes my lide easier AND makes my colleagues look at me with a little awe at the ease with which I nail my parent-teacher meetings, starting with this. Thank you :)
You can also duplicate the entire section (the header part AND the dropdown) by clicking on the 3 vertical dots beside the section header (the day of the week part, in this scenario) and selecting "Duplicate section." It's a small thing but does help speed up the process if you're adding a lot of sections!

In 20 minutes after I found your video I had all of my availabilities listed and within 4 hours, I had a spreadsheet with all of my views listed. NOTE: "Choice Eliminator Lite" works just fine.

If someone selects an appt at 9am, but they are two hours behind my time zone, will it automatically list it as 11am for me? Or should I add a note on the form that the appointments are based on an eastern time zone? Thanks in advance!
Let's say all the Wednesday tilme slots have been chosen. Is there a way to automatically eliminate Wednesday from the dropdown at that point, so people would only see Monday and Tuesday? I could see people thinking there is something wrong with the form if they click on Wednesday and no time slots are showing (because they've all been booked already).
With this setup, what does the re-schedule process look like if someone has to cancel their booked reservation, but we still want that time slot available for others to pick?
Can you have it where the form will restart or do I have to start a new sheet everytime. Say I do it your way this week will it automaticly restart everything for the next week or do I need to do another form?

For example on 1 dec in the hague i want to have classroom for 20 people and on 3dec i want to have a classroom for 15 people. How would i make it that the appointment date and time is available for 4 people and then closed. so 4 people can pick tuesday at 10h30 and if a 5th person tries then it will show unavailable/fully booked? Please assist, other than that this video was a life saver!!

For example, can it be configured to allow 2 people to sign up for the same time before that option disappears? Also, 2) What happens when all of the times for a particular day are taken? If you "make a copy" does the Choice Eliminator also transfer or would one need to re-install that for the new copy?

Google calendar allows you to change this option in calendar settings!
