    Today I am going to share another quick and delicious recipe to all of you that is CHICKEN 65 RECIPE a very easy and tasty recipe to try out
    Ingredients
    Boneless chicken fillets, cubes -250gms
    For the Marination
    Salt -1tsp( to taste)
    Ginger garlic paste -2tsp
    pepper powder -1/2tsp
    Curd -2tbsp
    Red chilli powder -1tsp
    Roasted cumin powder -1/2tsp
    Turmeric powder less than -1/4tsp
    one egg white
    For the batter
    All Purpose flour -2tbsp
    Corn flour -1tbsp
    Rice flour -1tbsp
    Other ingredients
    Garlic chopped -2 tsp
    Green chilli cut and slit 2-3nos
    curry leaves 10-15 leaves
    pepper powder -1/4tsp
    some salt to taste
    Food colour a pinch (optional)
    water 2-3tbsp
    Refined oil -1 Tbsp & oil for deep Frying
    preparation
    Wash and pat dry the boneless chicken
    cut into bite size pieces
    Marinate the chicken pieces with the items indicated. set aside for minimum 30 mins in room temperature
    After 30 mins, add the maida, corn flour, rice flour.Mix well to coat the chicken pieces
    chop the Garlic, cut and slit green chilli
    Process
    Heat oil and once the oil medium hot , drop the breaded chicken pieces one at a time and fry in batches, to hot crowd the pan.
    keep stirring to fry uniformly for 5-6 mins and remove once golden brown and cooked through, Fry in batches if needed
    For the tempering heat 1TBSP Oil in a pan
    Add the cumin seeds and Mustard seeds
    chopped garlic, Curry leaves,slit green chilli
    Mix well and saute on low heat, Add Red chilli sauce, Food colour, Some water Some salt,
    Add Fried Chicken pieces and give a mix and fry on low heat for 30sec
    Now Add pepper powder,1/2 Lemon juice
    Serve hot as a Starter
