Thank you so much for this video! I'll be seeing if you have more. I just bought an iPad Pro to make my gigs easier. I've watched lots of tutorials but yours is the easiest to follow. Thank you!
I have been using ForScore for about 2 years now and didn’t know half the stuff that you showed in this video. Really improved my workflow. I do use the Text feature because my handwriting is so bad. If I want to be faster I use a Bluetooth keyboard. I have found that to be pretty quick because I do type well. Thank you so very much. You are a great teacher. I am Grateful.
Great tutorial. I’d like to know how I import sheet music and backing tracks so I can play it along with backing or just view the sheet music to play with another musician Thanks.
Very good, I really liked the way I could actually see where you tapping /touching, which usually matched the speed of your speech. (Just a little quick a few times) Overall really good., I will look for more of your sessions
Thank you for a good overview. I'm fairly new to ForeScore and definitely learned some new tips. Just a suggestion but, when you the text option of Annotate, why not try dictating the text with the iPad keyboard mic? Thanks
Extremely useful. Thankyou. You did not assume that viewers were familiar with the weird prod and poke world of Apple. It drives me crazy - I am sure I will get it but Microsoft is logical.
Can you import music from other apps like sheet music direct, or musicnotes? Also can you playback and loop them, and slow down tempo in for score after importing your pdf?
What about if I have multiple note pieces (like 20) I would like to add to forScore? Is it possible to add them all at once? edit: Saved them into myFiles - forScore folder. Worked like a charm.
Thanks for the clear instruction. However, I still have one pressing question: I have a long pdf with multiple songs that have been imported into forScore. How do I delete some of the pages ? Or break it into separate movements or songs?
have you done any videos about putting scores into libraries, adding backing tracks, organizing within libraries, creating categories, etc. That's the stuff I'm interested in
Is it possible to write bar/chord/rhythm and eventually melodies in the app from the sketch? Or is it just a editable pdf reader? I'm looking for something in which I can write the repertoire I mostly figure by ear and use it to read live. Is there such a thing?
it has a variable scroll right? I mean Adam Neely uses it for that. I'm only interested in the scrolling function. if the scroll isn't good, meaning it scrolls line by line at whatever speed i want, then it's no good to me
I use the screen recording function on the iPad, enabling audio, and then record on my normal camera. When I edit, I line the audio tracks for the two videos so they’re exactly in sync, and then delete the iPad’s audio. Hopefully that makes sense!
You can still improve that score from the picture by using crop so you can resize it to the actual page. I guess it will be a bit crooked because the picture was taken from an angle.
When you open the PDF on your iPad, in the upper left corner when to tap the export button (like, if you were going to email or text it to someone), there should be an option "open in ForScore." If it doesn't show up as an option, you might need to tweak your settings with where your device will allow you to send things. Hope that helps!

You must be a very good teacher in person, because you did such a great job with this video. So clear and concise! Thank you.

I've only just acquired an ipad, and mainly so I can use ForScore, so this has been really useful, thanks!
Great video, thanks for the tips! I'm new to the app and all advice is welcome.
You have 134,433 new emails😆 Thanks for sharing. I’ve just downloaded the app and it’s helpful.👍
Excellent introduction to ForScore. It was clear, succinct and very helpful. Thank you.

Thanks so much for your helpful tutorial with ForScore. I’m been stumped with how to scan and annotate using only Zoom. This looks looks very doable!
You are very welcome! Please subscribe to the RUclips channel if you haven't already! :-)
Hi! What tablet are you using. And what size screen, do you struggle reading it with a 11 inch screen. Cheers
Extremely useful. Thankyou. You did not assume that viewers were familiar with the weird prod and poke world of Apple. It drives me crazy - I am sure I will get it but Microsoft is logical.
Are you able to use forscore on an Android device or a Kindle?
Thanks, really well described and helpful.

Thanks for the vid! Liked and subbed ✅

In annotation mode, use the "Rearrange" feature. In that, you can delete pages and save as a different file.
Thx for the photo to PDF trick, previously I had downloaded a photo to PDF converter - that was a pain...
I can’t figure out how to organize my sheet music and lessons within forscore-help please. Thank you.
Thank you! How do you organize the music into folders? Also, my scans are coming out really blurry. Any advice?
Really useful, thank you.

Yes.

How are you able to record and screen record at the same time?

In my version, darkroom is in the scan position. Is it a new name for the same process. If so, not well chosen.
i bought the stylus pen but is not working. Is there a specific pen that will work for editing on forscore ?
It should work with any stylus pen just like your other apps. Is it working with other applications, or in the iPad itself on the home screen?
I have a music and lyrics that I am trying to make 1 page into 2 pages, to allow enlargement, for poor eyes, how can I do this?
Im doing exacly what you are doing , but nothing happens. Why?
I can't seem to find anywhere on how to bring in a scanner pro document into fourscore????
how do you import PDF files of music not scans

HEY THERE ANY CHANCE YOU KNOW HOW TO COPY PASTE A MEASURE FROM ONE PAGE TO ANOTHER
Where’s the trash can.
