I have to agree with Joshua, defintely overpriced, especially if you’re converting from Canadian to US dollars! Not that it matters, but the furniture and decor kinda looks outdated...lol For a little less, it could be rented easily. Surprised to see a tub, they’re pretty rare in DR! Most units just have a shower.

Gringo price to the max, noooo gracias, the beach is not worth it for this. For $850 US a month you can rent a villa if you wanted or very beautiful apartment, full of amenities in downtown Santiago or even Santo Domingo in a high rise with amazing views.

For that gringo rent price talk to the landlord about updating the furniture and drapes. Looks old and wore out.
