i am one year or so late to bricks watched how classes work in here. makes me want to cry - because i missed using classes in page builders. used to be so much easier when we did basic html css and used classes across the site. new page builders completely forgot about the concept. in elementor there's only one button type for example, and if i want a variation, i manually change it. bricks did it right by bringing classes back, so now we can make multiple variations of buttons (for example, primary, secondary, tertiary, outline only, with/without icon and so on) Missed the discounted price but need to get on this now. thankyou. and hopfully support is good too - danke
I can't say it's not necessary. But you can do a lot more when you know this. Anyway, without the skill, you can still be building a site with Bricks Builder.
Nice video. In your example with "Button-light" and "button-dark", if we apply both classes and change the background to red, will it change the background of "Button-light" or "button-dark" ? Thank you.
The background of the global class you have currently selected will be changed. If no class is selected then the background-color of the selected element is set (= the default).
