This is just my own opinion to assist. You may need to make nesting box or a place where they can lay and you can debeak them with a qualified farm hand. For my noiler chick which are just few , I made a basket filled with sand where they lay and they dont go there to break their eggs. Then give them food on time to prevent such behaviour. Much love
