Frost Queen is kinda like ennard and lolbit one is cheaper and you get what you want and the other bring something extra but is more expensive both great
Tfb the balance wasn't bad he is basically the same as Dark Frostbear, Tfb is more DPS while Dark Frostbear does more slow and both make enough money to place astral down quickly. Tfb is still better in my opinion because Dark Frostbear is way too expensive and way too hard to get for people who don't macro aka me.

yes it is, for a booster especially cd its a lot and making it the best cd booster as well is big.
