There was a Polish Destroyer in WW2 moored in England, also with the same name as this tank, the villiage was under attack by bombers, and the Polish sailors went back onto the Destroyer and used the AA guns to try and fight off the bombers and protect the villiage, they stayed on board despite the ship being on fire, and having taken heavy damage, and eventually managed to cause the attacking bombers to have to climb higher to avoid the AA fire, causing most of them to miss, there is a memorial plaque to the Polish sailors that saved the villiage.
What i found with this td is whenever i brawl with this tank, i win battles frequently. When i try to snipe any distance - it's loss. Tank has great hulldown setup and it should be used playing on close distance. Also it can hold a flank againt many enemies alone. With this tank just be brave and support the heavy brawl.
The Polish Rage Quit line. The nominal gun calibre means you fail to pen, the gun RNG does everything it can to make you miss, the gun ark means you can't shoot and present your front armour at an angle. I hated the tier 8, so skipped through it and now I've just given up on the tier 9 😔. Good to see you struggling with it too. I will wait for the buff before touching this line again.
Same here. I enjoyed tier VI and glorius tier VII. But tier VIII was trash. I hope tier IX was better, but no. Is the same trash. I left the tree tech and don't want to research tier X yet. Nees a buff
Just as a note: MOE requirements for the Kilana are higher than any other tier VIII tech tree TD (and are higher than most premium destroyers - Turtle is slightly higher but I might have missed one or two). Can't be that bad.

Wg ruined the only both unique and fun td line back in the day. They could have simply made old 263 a separate tier 10, but no they had to remove it and add another generic albeit at the time very op td 268v4
-/+5 degrees horizontal gun movement is killing these DDs. -/+7 on Russian is already challenging, 5 is crap, unless enemy is straight ahead and doesn't move too much.
Technically it can overmatch at close range because it has an 85mm of caliber at 500m but at 50m it go up to 150, this line features an experimental ammo that at point blank hits with its own stabilizer too but it spreads and leave the shell alone at certain distance causing it to lose pen and mass, its the same thing that modern apcr shells so
I put some good crews in the Polish TDs but cannot say I am satisfied with them at ALL. They're expected to get up close and personal but have NO ARMOR on the front. This tank doesn't need its long range damage changed... it need's its frontal armor increased considerably, including the lower plate, so it can actually withstand getting out into the front of the fight rather than just getting slapped the moment that laughably narrow gun is brought onto a target.
Is this the first time they have released a new line without a premium version? They have released premiums without a line (Czech TD), but I can't remember it ever being the other way.
I enjoy this line very much. This line is all about rushing and being aggressive, I don't understand why skill can't make it work. It's a fun balls to the wall tank line where you gotta be in their face, taking strong locations and absolutely melt them.
Maybe better would be to change the penetration hugely depending on the distance. Like under 25 meter penetration would be 450mm and 500 meter penetration would struggle against light tanks. Also tweak alpha and dpm a bit. Like 600 alpha with similar dpm.
You need to do some kind of ranking of tanks for experimental equipment. Like A, B, C, D.. like which tanks benefit the most from it. Similar to how tanks are rated by how good they are. Also include what specific equipment is for newbs like me.
I think you need use improved aiming for this tanks line and this schould be version :Bounty or Improved. This is something that you schould try if you wanna unleashmaximum potential .
in real life long rod Armour-piercing fin-stabilized discarding sabot ammunition is the best for "overmatch". Large caliber noraml ammo like 128mm Maus/Jgtiger would bounce from angled armour - you can check Dejmian XYZ Simulations channel. On the other hand Long Rod APSDS like on Błyskawica would not bounce from angled surfaces.

Sorry just catching up on all your content. I do find this line isnt for everyone, I had to change my playstyle as I always like to have a plan b or fallback location if things go south. I've had some wicked games in these tanks but you really have to accept the feast or famine nature of them, you're either going to bully heavies with massive dpm and pen or, if your team is lackluster, I've found enemies will always find a flanking position for these. But playing the gunline game and not pushing lanes I find it to be reliably famine and just a struggle. In short, it's a super fun line just to throw down a lane and if it works out it works great and you'll have some of your best games; if it doesn't work then you get chewed up and it sucks but I find it worth it as nothing is worse than a 10+ min gunline stalemate.
This time i cannot share opinion with u. I just can't. I believe that Błyskawica and polish line overall is strong. Very very strong. Of course it is super duper hiper hard to play with it to find yourself in perfect situation for this mechanic but thats why it is fun to play. Gameplay of this tds are way more interesting than gameplay of WZ or Ob 268 etc. In my first battle on test server i was like? What the hell it is op. I dont usually say something is OP but this was OP at least in first battle with easy 7k in no time. And then ive played more games and my opinion changed lilttle bit from OP to very good/strong tank. Hard to use but still very strong and very fun to play. I believe WG did good job with this line because u can be powerful u can be OP but also if u are not able to get yourself in good position in battle then u are just "meh" and no one worries about u while u are shooting at long range. But this line is very good at playing hulldown and using gun depression on maxium. Such a strong and fun line to play overall. Also player's stats shows how good these tanks can be. Expectations are extremly high and yes i know it is new line and most of players grinding that line are pretty good players but still numbers are impressive. Also ive seen plenty of videos of great WoT players and they love it
The Polish tier X TD is the worst in the whole game, it has good mobility, acceptable armor, but it's annoying that it doesn't penetrate well, many times I fired when the indicator was green and it didn't penetrate, in addition, you always have to reposition yourself , the gun has a play, left, right, the optimal moment of penetration is lost, I do not recommend it!
I disagree. Yes, this tank isnt the finest. Yes its situational. But not even u can trade with a JagdPE100, u can finnish him off, when u are in an infight. And if you want to chill at the redline u have to take the dropdown in damage. Other tanks have limits too. Thats what i would call balanced. But of course this tank has a very high skill cap.
Stopped at tier 9 when i got the main gun , no chance iam getting the tier X for this bastardised line , such a badly thought out td, rediculous range mechanic and 200mm front armor on a tier X lol . Why do we bother...
Problem is that all these tds - now including prem.. are shitty even on close combat. Yolo tds for bots, to let them do some dmg and die.. or not, cos 5 degree gun arc with apcr = richochet all the time.
The gun arc is the most annoying part of this line or lack there of. The tier 5 just needs a big view range buff. Tier 6 maybe a small view range buff. Tier 7, 8, and 9 slight armor buff and increase the base damage from distance. Increase the gun arc of all of them.
The problem with this tank is..... there is 60TP that can do everything this tank do except better. What I would do with it is, increase the damage from 50m to JagPizda level, at 300m have 750 damage and at 500m have damage similar to The Badger. In addition increase the reload speed to ~7 seconds - something close to The Badger but a little slowe. This is 86mm gun why it fires slower than 120mm? Would that make it OP? Would it make it scary? Yes. At 500m you would feel safe like The Badger, but your limited ammo count would limit you from good score. At mid range you would be prone to some damage, because let's face it, any high penterating tank just doesn't care. E3 says HI, JagPizda says High, Foch says Hi. At close range you will definetly take damage but enemies will be scared of your fast reload. Therefore you won't have to be always at front line, but preferebly at second line

So many missed shots for no reason, no real armor to try and brawl and needs a gun depression buff as 7* makes you over expose your non existent armor and lower plate... Shell velo a waste given the lack of chance to pen and lack of damage from distance, makes no sense... This game has been dying for so bloody long (maybe just NA server), but this has to be getting to the final nail in the coffin. Saturday night and 13k on US server, pathetic.
This game is absolute garbage. Endless misses, camouflage for your ass, visibility too. matchmaking underground. rip off beyond words. and every day some junk is advertised to you as the best.

I have at least few shots like that every day, it's a bug. Today I shot Leo with 268 ap straight in the side point blank and it did the same.
i did a shooting test at 700m with the poland tds in a training room, the damage drop off at 700m is 50-70 damage :D
With this tank you have to be in 50 m distance from the enemy to hit him for 800 dmg With BZ 176 you can snipe from 1 km for 800 dmg

To be honest, I expected something like Object 268, but this is more like Object 268v4. I want the good old tier X 263 back.
I never used the 263 but it was a nightmare to play against. It would bounce gold from high pen guns.
