Great Vegetable Salad with Marinade

RECIPE for SALAD:
4 small cucumbers
2-3 stalks celery
1 sweet onion
1 box cherry tomatoes
2 bunch asparagus
1/2 yellow pepper
1/2 orange pepper
1-1/2 cups chopped cauliflower
1 can green beans (drained)
1 can white shoepeg corn
1 can pinto beans (rinsed and drained)
MARINADE:
1 cup sugar or splenda
1/2 vegetable or olive oil
1/2 vinegar (white)
1tsp. salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Add together in saucepan and stir
Boil 1 minute
pour slowly over vegetables and refrigerate for 24 hours
Keeps for a few days in Refrigerator
