The only problem I have here is that the video title says 'How to use' templates, while in the video, all you do is import it and not apply it to anything else. Whenever you download those zip folders they already come with instructions on how to import. I struggle with the use of templates with actual content, something that is lacking here despite the title implying the 'use'.
