So I’ve learned a little bit in my mining journey. A couple comments talked about issues connecting smaller miners to specific pools… unlike the LV06, this LV07 has a “password” option. If you have difficulty connecting this miner to a pool, in the password block enter “d=1000” to set the difficulty level for the pool to better communicate with the miner. Yes some pools still do not allow connections with a difficulty of “only” 1000, but it does work. As an example, CoinMinerz it works perfectly when that is entered into the password block. HOPE THIS HELPS!!
Hello Greg, I got the exact Lucky Miner LV07 as you, same colour as well. Arrived 2 days ago but I ordered from AliExpress on the 20th June! Didn't realise it was a pre-sale item when I ordered it. The wattage shown for the device compared to the wattage at the meter (the wall socket) will always be different. Modern day PSUs are between 80 and 95% efficient in converting AC into DC (actually even DC to DC conversions as well). Those losses are mostly in wasted energy in the form of heat. In your case 17.4w (miner) divided by 21.7w (wall socket) X 100 = 80.18% efficient. So around 4.3 watts wasted energy for your example...
@@johnnyj1966 mine also arrived on Friday. I also have a few LV06 miners. thank you for that explanation! I wasn’t completely aware of that, but it absolutely makes sense.
