It wasn't a total waste because i could hear you even when the wind was blowing. It did do some good. The only thing that would completely silence the wind would be to be in a bubble. That would have its own problem though like rolling away in a high wind. You wouldn't hear the wind though.

Need a Dougal not a micromuff. Though in order to have a Dougal you need a directional mic. Or we just accept the wind noise. 😊
