How did u get the lower grille under the 2 main ones off? I pushed forward and they came off track but not to sure about the top part

don't think so, also should you want to do it, you will need to bend many other elements. I find it easier to remove bumper.

never done it personally, however I think that you can do it without a problem. I am waiting to hit my bumper somewhere to have a reason to change it to a M sport .
