Even though the remains of husband Bobby, wife Sherilynn, and daughter Madyson Jamison were found in November 2013 after being missing since October 2009, the mystery surrounding their disappearance was nowhere closer to being solved. Why was their truck abandoned, containing their personal belongings and $32,000? Did someone hurt them or was the couple to blame in a bizarre murder-suicide? Savannah explores the many theories looming over this incredible case and the many suspects, known and unknown, who could've had a hand in killing this family.

These people sound like they were meth users. My brother used to be a heavy meth user and had the same strange delusions. I feel so sorry for that little girl, not so much for the parents. Someone should have taken that child away.
This case bothers me so much, it is so bizarre! That poor little girl.
In my opinion, the fact that they were moving to an area that is well-known for meth labs, Bobby had recently reported a nearby lab, and that they had $32,000 in their truck, points to them being involved in cooking or selling meth. I personally can't see moving a small child to an area notorious for drugs if not. Plus, how their bodies were found, face down in a line. Very sketchy and big Breaking Bad vibes. I can't figure out why the money was left in the car though unless the killer just didn't know it was there.
That's what I was thinking about the money, the killer probably didn't know that it was there because if they did then they would of took it
Wouldn’t they search? Unless they went for a walk and then ran into the person he’d reported. But why go without the dog? Perhaps they went to meet someone else and thought if things went well they would return to the truck for the money.

I don’t understand how anyone could say they were walking in a “zombie-like trance” in that video because it skips like every 2 seconds so you can’t even see them walking, they’re just moving in a glitchy way.
I think that the husband at least looks like a tweaker. He probably stole that 32k from the guy he snitched on, hoping the dealer/cook would get sent to jail before he could come after him for stealing the money. Word got around about what he did and they were trying to skip town it seems like to me. Somebody was probably watching them waiting to kill them at their earliest convenience when they tried to skip town. Dude probably caught up to them and ordered them out of the truck into a different vehicle at gunpoint or something. He then shot the husband and strangled or suffocated the wife and kid throwing thier bodies face down in the woods without ever going back to the truck or looking for the money.
I see two different men in the video. Or the husband changed clothes. Or it could be the man that was living with them for a brief time.
I don't see anything strange while loading up the car.

I absolutely love these videos and I really appreciate when unsolved cases are brought back into the light because one day it could help possibly solve their cases and even if it doesn't it still gets the victims more appreciation and attention.
This situation is a damn shame. That little girl deserved better. I hope that families seeing this take a bigger part in the lives of troubled members, especially when young children are involved.

Probably the murderers did not even look in the car because they did not even expect for the Jamisons to have any money at all. I believe they left them where they killed them and left through the mountains.
if the dad had really bad back issues, its possible he started taking meth because he couldnt get pain pills prescribed and meth was more accessible to him. Happens alot sadly :(

At first I didn’t think them not saying anything to each other while packing was weird. Then I read they were taking stuff out the truck then putting it back in over and over again. Then I was like Yah.....that’s a little to weird.
I think the white supremacist and the meth in combination should be looked into. Sometimes these groups are funded by illegal activities. This case has always bothered me

Wait, why are people wanting these dark videos to be less dark? Let them be what they are, they are tragedies and wether the background is light or dark doesn't matter. Also people complaining about the mic being too big, once again, why does that matter? I rather have the mic on her face to get better audio honestly. I thought telling the stories was the important part not an aesthetic thing.

Hello again Savannah!, This case was crazy, i never heard of the story before so i appreciate the coverage. the story/case definitely freaked me out in more ways than one especially how the girl died from a bee-sting of the tongue, i never even though (getting stung on the tongue by a bee) was possible let alone cause death. collectively the case was disturbing and it truly gave me the chills!.

But NO, I do not use Meth, nor I have never used Meth. And I'm not judging either; if people have or still are using meth that are reading &/or watching this. Just assisting here! When it comes to someone reporting to the police about a meth lab ❓and they, themselves that are reporting it are using meth too, yes this is very odd and rare. Bc no one using drugs likes to be around the police or any type of authorities for that matter in fear of many things & it ruins their high.
You asked WHY? Why, if they themselves are on meth would you go to the police & report a meth lab? The 1st reasoning would be if this meth lab WRONGED THEM in a HUGE way that they do not care about the risk of cops knowing they might be on meth too when reporting the meth lab. And by wronged them, I mean maybe by screwing them over with a batch of meth that they sold to them. It may have been completely fake & not the real deal, or maybe screwed them by adding something else in it very bad, or just anything in the result of the batch being completely not what they ordered. Make anyone very angry paying for something that is not at all what it is.
Which then lies a 2nd HUGE way they may have been wronged, which is MONEY!! Money that was PAID FOR THE BATCH/ORDER. That is always a major way someone rats on a drug dealer if they really want to get back at them. Bc money is a big deal to people in almost every thing. And here, in a drug deal, if they spend a ton of money on an order (or all their money for some) & it ends up being fake, then your screwed. You lose out on the drugs, & your money too! Some even get killed over that. But maybe he told on them for it instead. Then did get killed for it back. Not sure.
That's all just I.M.O. too, please don't come for me. I just wanted to offer some assistance on the Question. I would think those would be the 2 main reasons he would report to the police on someone.
And/or of course there could be some other just random reasons too like he might just absolutely hate someone that works at the lab. HATE them so bad to the point of getting that person in trouble with the law.
Or a threat was made by the meth lab operators at the one he made the report at. A threat that somehow got put on them so he felt it was necessary no matter the stakes. Just some things along those lines!

The Jamisons might have been meth users, dealing some at the side. Maybe Bobby ratted out the competition?
Regarding the crime itself, the whole scene looks they got out the car by their own volition (dog, mobiles & money were left behind) with the assumption that this was a brief meeting about drugs or property. They were killed because something went wrong and their bodies were left exactly where they fell. The money weren't taken probably because the murderers did not know or they could not possibly imagine that the Jamisons had any money at all and they didn't even look in the car. I believe they left the area through the mountains.

As a former meth user that video does not look like tweakers in any type of way. (Not saying they are not users) Zombie like is never a term you would use about a methamphetamine user. If your so way beyond high and tweaking they wouldn't just be walking sluggishly back and forth not saying a word. Back in the time this case is talking about the meth labs I'm Oklahoma were cooking red phosphorus basically meth on steroids..Also if a meth user happened to rat out a meth lab they either owed the person a lot of money or possibly it was ran by competition.. Who knows methamphetamine addiction is a very horrible addiction and it not only affects the user but the family will suffer right along with the user.. it's heartbreaking I have a family member still trying to fight addiction and he got some bad dope one day and it caused him to go into a psychotic break and he has never been the same and his struggle is absolutely one of the worst I have seen.. He has all the problems of an addict along with problems of psychosis from drug use. It is my older brother and I have to watch all the pain and carnage that he has caused our parents but mainly his wife and children. She has choose to stay by him and help him fight but all it has done is caused her so much pain as well as their kids. Addiction is ruthless and I have been sober for 6 or 7 years and still struggle daily fighting to overcome it and let myself win not the addiction. I for sure will say prayers for the friends of the family for the family of the victims and the victims theirselves.
Ok imma answer ur question ( as a person who has dealt a lot with junkies ) meth deff is a drug that makes u really paranoid , I can see something going wrong in his paranoid methed out mind and rating to the cops, they got scared after and packed up to get out of there as soon as possible (explains why they didn’t tell anyone ) and unfortunately they got found by their killers before leaving town ... the money idk that deff is sketch but I’m guessing maybe they were dealing drugs to get that money ..

I wonder if they were not only using meth but maybe the was also making it. That would explain Bobby turning the other guy who was making meth in, it would explain the money in the truck and it could also be the reason they were killed.
Unpopular opinion here....I dont think it was a murder from anyone else, I think they went there with the intentions of dying, the money and that has no meaning, it may have just been there because they got a loan, I dont believe the little girl looks scared at all in the picture, she looks absolutely fine, not sure why people think she looks terrified, I think they poisoned themselves and the little girl.
Just a theory of mine but I’m thinking the mom’s bipolar disorder may have played a part in this tragedy. She wasn’t taking her meds and possibly suffered a manic episode or experienced psychosis. She may have been hallucinating which clouded her judgment and separated her from reality. Being she was so obsessed with spirits, witches, demonic energy, etc., I feel this would most likely be all she would think about if she experienced a manic episode or psychosis. Drugs would heighten this and make it worse. They were in a rough spot financially and thought there wasn’t much to live for. She convinced the family they were going to look and possibly buy a piece of property to get them out of the home, picked a spot, lured them into the woods and sacrificed her and her family due to these “spirits and demonic energy.” It would explain the possible bullet hole in dad’s head. As for the money and the note, maybe she had this planned and left money for funeral expenses and left the note about how terrible her husband was so it possible “justified” killing her husband.

Idk very much about meth but I think that it's very possible that they could have been taking something else that a drug dealer was mixing in meth with their drugs or he reported the meth lab because the police or someone thought he was a user so he reported that meth lab to avert suspicion
maybe bobby ratted out that meth dispensary bcause they were a threat to HIS meth dispensary (if he had one) or to someone else’s that he was close to so he innocently ratted them out, they got mad and decided to get revenge.
Seems like folie a deux. If you have a drug habit and money you usually don’t have money for long…
Just from the beginning all I can think about is their poor children having to deal with that.
Maybe they had their own meth lab somewhere and didn't like the competition or the other lab was getting sloppy and they thought it could bring police hunting in the general area so he gave them a specific target. It's also possible he got a poor quality product from this lab and so he decided to report them as revenge when he wasn't in his right mind. However, I do think it involved drugs in some way.
To anyone that knows the signs and symptoms of methamphetamine use this case is a case study there in. The reported behaviors are tell-tale signs of someone's spiralling drug use and the psychosis that accompanies It.
This case has always baffled me it's so bizarre it's hard to really pinpoint exactly what happened to them and why every time there seems to be a logical answer something about it just doesn't make sense
One thing is for sure - - the Bible says not to mess with satanic stuff, so they shouldn't be involved with that. But I didn't want them to die like that...poor family. Smh

Wow my nephew had one it was never evil my nephew never did evil things just was his friend he eventually stopped taking about him he went away. My nephew was a twin and my sister Lost one in 4 month of pregnancy we just felt it was him subconsciously knowing he should have brother. He's 29 now and great kid.

I watched one yesterday on Adam Walsh omg I literally cried as I went through the video I have a 14 year old son and a 13 year old daughter I am 32 i am so protective when my son and daughter an I went to a carnival I had a balloon tied on both of my kids I am very protective of my family I am a family man single father of two
I feel like In the picture they made her look away so if there was someone who killed the family you couldn’t see them through her eyes
But if she looked at the person and had her eyes open it would have helped the case

These people are from my town. For such a tiny town, a LOT of people mysteriously vanished. Look into Peggy McGuire. Her son was my son's classmate at the time this happened. Still never found her.
I LOVED the black it was very professional and I normally find myself getting distracted and looking in the background of your videos. And I normally rewind like 4 times bcz of it. But with the black I was completely focused on the story.

This case has always baffled me. Was the photo time stamped? Where investigators able to find where the photo was actually taken? Because the phone was placed back in the car. Was the money just not noticed, on the day of their disappearance? The money being left, is one thing that confused this investigation. Would things have been handled differently, without the money? And how long would it take a 6 year old and a man with a bad back to walk 3 miles ‘ nearly 5 kilometres.... at least over an hour???
On any cell phone you can find the exact time and date any pictures or videos had been taken.
Honestly. It's whatever you prefer, I'm down for whatever makes you feel comfortable.
