7 years ago this video was just like a pre-workout for me. Can not express the motivation it gave me during my sports career. me and my friends used to watch it day and night.

0:56- 1:00s when I saw Sorillo from Trinidad and Tobago looking across at the big Jamaican, I knew things got real because Sorillo means business. I was also stunned to Baptiste and Hackett also from Trinidad and Tobago at 0:48- 0:51s, 1:28- 1:36s, 3:00- 3:04s but it was the thumbnail that made me click on it. I saw a good bit but I stopped before the last few seconds and at some parts I just fast forwarded to the scenes where I saw Trinidad and Tobago in the race but this is still a top quality video as it has a myriad of quality moments here. Can't describe it with words......................
Edit from yesterday: I forgot to mention how effortlessly
the first piece of the video transitions into the second half and still returns for the end. The piece with all the music always come back at the big moments. Other than from 2:50s onwards, I really like 1:28- 1:36 which introduced the women's 200m very well but all in all, every single second of this is glorious and magnificent and that's something you can't say about many videos. The song really is relatable too and the soft parts of it transitions so effortlessly and perfectly into the faster paced and more hyped parts of it. Really gets you going..................................................................................................
Also, and this is an edit, I realised that from 1:28- 1:36 for the women's 200m final at the London Olympics, the winners of both the men and women's 200m were assigned the same lanes which is lane six in this case. I remembered seeing a video on Allyson Felix showing how she started to make a name for herself at a very young age and made the Olympic team at age eighteen and that was the same Olympics that Bolt made it at but at age seventeen going on eighteen and I remember at one point in the video it said that after all that she still lost to the same person at the next version of the games in Beijing in the same 200m event and it was to Veronica Campbell Brown. It said that however, she persevered through a long time but eventually won the same event at the next games which is the London Olympics featured here in the video and Bolt also got lane six so what a coincidence..........................................................................................
This is really one of those songs that you can listen to over and over with sprinting montages going on in the background...................................... (Edit again)...........................
