The Officer leading the stormtroopers has the wrong rank bar. It's only supposed to be a single row. The olive green uniform worn by command officers are the only uniforms that have rank bars with 2 rows. The belt is also supposed to be higher. (501st Legion member)
Well, you need to read a bit more, Stormtrooper Corps Officers use black, the more olive are not even apart of the Corps, like Grand Moff Tarkin isn't apart of it, he's merely a Oversector Governor and Commander of the Death Star.
