    This was a great video however you need to configure the cluser via powershell and specify the below info. Microsoft added distrubuted network thats why you do not get an ip resource when you create the cluster. DNN is great technology however it does not support multi subnet clusters as of yet.
    This will create your computer object as well as dns record
    New-Cluster -Name azureclustersql -ManagementPointNetworkType Singleton -Node testnode1,testnode2 -StaticAddress 10.0.0.2 -NoStorage -AdministrativeAccessPoint ActiveDirectoryAndDns

    Very Useful Info
    $ClusterNetworkName = "Cluster Network 1" # the cluster network name (Use Get-ClusterNetwork on Windows Server 2012 of higher to find the name)
    $IPResourceName = "IP Address 172.16.2.0" # The IP Address resource name
    $ILBIP = "172.16.2.10" # The IP Address of the Internal Load Balancer (ILB). This is the static IP address for the load balancer you configured in the Azure portal.
    Import-Module FailoverClusters
    Get-ClusterResource $IPResourceName | Set-ClusterParameter -Multiple @{"Address"="$ILBIP";"ProbePort"="5999";"SubnetMask"="255.255.255.0";"Network"="$ClusterNetworkName";"EnableDhcp"=0}
