First, tell a health care worker you know about the opportunity and ask them to apply on Horizon’s Job Bank, or by emailing [e-mail], then submit the referral form online.
REWARD
If they are successfully hired, you will be rewarded for being part of the recruitment efforts of health care workers in New Brunswick.
REPEAT
There is no limit to how many candidates you refer!
