This dude valuing a collection thats worth maybe $50 grand at $1mil is a joke. And $50 grand is stretching it, maybe if every piece was deadstock you could get that, and this collection is clearly very far from deadstock. This is really one of the funnier things ive seen. You would think someone whos been supposedly collecting polo as long as this kid would know the value of what he has. Smh.
I CONCUR... ...he's desperately trying to "G-up" SUM DUM FUK who might have the funds to throw-away (i.e. trust fund babies, Mafioso morons, billionaire buffoons, athletes who are obsessed on bankrupting their sports earnings/allergic to saving their newfound riches, etc.) 😂😂😂 LOL's
I could've sworn I saw this guy Polo'd out walking quickly past me in Manhattan yesterday night🤔. I just got off the E at the 34th street station, then went upstairs to head to the sneaker spots in the area. Whoever the guy was, his pieces were definitely oldschool.

I seen this guy before a few years ago downtown Brooklyn on South Portland! He had a custom made teddy bear hat the he made from a Polo teddy bear bed sheet! He was wearing the Polo racing tank top which caught my eye! I knew the hat wasn’t a real Lo piece!
how rare is the RL'01 Executive bear knit? - it was the last use of the bear mascot until 2013 - the one Kanye wore on the college dropout cover I cant find any collection that has it -
I know dudes who have a better collection than that, and theirs isn't even worth a mill. How can it be when he doesn't even have the barbershop crest!! I guess because he has a couple of snowbeach jackets he thinks that. Well I'm going to say again,SNOWBEACH is only valuable because of raekwon, but the line is garbage!!!!! I passed on it then, and I'm definitely passing on the re issues. Ya collection is not worth a mill homie, your pieces aren't even pristine.
I wouldn't totally agree, but kinda like you said, I wasn't goin ape shit over any and every snowbeach garment. I copped the snowbeach jacket as soon as it came out in fall 1993. Before the wu video. Rae kinda did make it popular, but people who knew what time it was (like rae) would go for pieces like that. I think they are rare pieces, which makes them highly regarded. Many Lo pieces that you just can't get anymore are gonna be revered. Lookin back now maybe I should have kept my stuff pristine, I didnt. I was into the grungy preppy look. I have had so many Lo pieces that I gave away to chicks in college, lost them cause I was drunk or blazed, fucked them up in the washing machine by bleach getting on it(wanted to cry a couple of times 😂), ripped them on escalators, hoppin fences, caught on chairs, just worn out from the wear and tear of time, or different shit...I was careless with them; I was a kid. I've thrown out bathing suits, hats, patches, sweatshirts, eyeglass frames, shoes/sneakers, jackets, sports jackets, socks, pajama pants, ties, suits, oxford shirts from not knowin better. I had so much that I lost interest and didn't think shit would blow up. I only have 2 pieces that I really really cherish. My snowbeach anorak from 1993 and 1 full length blue wool toggle coat from 1989.(like the coats the students wore in dead poets society) And Chris Brown didn't know how to rock the snowbeach anorak. He looked like a bird in it.
i cant even hate if i tried...i feel like he is mega productive on this production...and he is making a strong dope and pretty fly effort to bump a catalog he spent alot of his life creating......the sun comes out for everyone ya...can't front...he put it together real nice...one love ezra...when i see you imma call you the polo dj...peterwingz where you at...ahah...

Shabo Whitfield Even if he priced each piece at 5000 dollars that only brings the value @ 500 grand, (each piece is not even worth that he is selling) FOH is dam right !
"Gangsters" lol - damn retcon the history... kids were Boosters, i'm sure some heads were "gangsters" and i always looked at the lo-lifes more of a posse than a gang... but i guess gangsters are in vogue...
I'm not going to front, the collection is dope, but in terms of value, he waited too long to sell. He's never going to get a $1mill. I would say the collection is worth maybe $60k. Now that Polo is making retros, people will not even entertain his collection. As I said, he waited too long to sell. I would've sold everything 5 years prior to POLO releasing all the retros.
@@RRJH4201 Yes, it was obvious because the younger generation became obsessed with vintage items. Ralph's son is now running the company and he's targeting the Millenials. So basically, he assembled a team of individuals who know what items were hot in the late 80s and early 90s.
How is that valuation holding up after Ralph Retroed everything in 2018
Jay Mass lol lol
Exactly
What does it mean to retro something?
Misteh T remade them again just like they retro Jordan’s and everything else

This guy sold me some custom Banned 1s tShirts he made on Ebay. This was almost a decade ago. Good man!!!!
His collection weak compared to unseen pieces. The lo life's got the best stuff. Fireman jackets, hoodies, and rugby.
At least this guy didn't shoplift the stuff
@@allthingshollywood2620 Its either shoplifting out of poverty or murdering people just like you. Make a choice.
