10:43 depicts migration of scholars to various European universities. They later came back to Poland bringing in a lot of European culture and knowledge with them.
11:45 1683, 12th of september, battle of Vienna. Holy league led by Jan III Sobieski and the Hussars saves Vienna from the Ottomans. One of the most important battles in the history of the world. Ironically Austrians not even 100 years later repaid us by helping Germans and Russians rip us apart. Meanwhile Turks (Ottomans) refused to recognize partitioning out of respect they had for Polish valor, honor and fighting prowess.
As for uprisings during time 'we did not exist' yes, there were a lot of them, mostly unsuccessful, but it just shows how hard it is to control Poles. 123 years of not even being a country and being forced to learn foreign languages of the occupiers and such and Polish spirit endured. It is hard to even imagine. You are born in german, austrian or russian lands and yet you find out you are none of them and you are a Pole and your natural defiance kicks in and you fight.
18:05 It is Battle of Britian. Dywizjon 303 kicking asses of german pilots. At the time Polish pilots were considered the best there were. British soldiers still remember the fighting prowess and courage bordering insanity of polish pilots. However politicians and higher ups did not care and as a reward for helping save Britian, Poles were not even allowed to join the victory parade.
Witold Pilecki was part of Polish cavalry and he had a rank of 'rotmistrz' (equivalent of captain). He was one of the greatest heroes of all time, not just for Poland, but for the entire world, yet very few people know of inamte 4859. Absolutely incredible character that died a horrible death. Shot at the back of the head by soviets... His body has never been found.

2:11: That represents the wars against Kievan Rus and the Mongols.
2:35: The Teutonic Order, Marienburg and the Teutonic Wars.
4:22: Kraków was the capital back then :)
6:39: At first the two countries were a union, it wasn't until later that they joined into the Commonwealth.
10:40: This basically tries to demonstrate the influence of the Jagiellonian University and its alumni
11:28: No, the Commonwealth formed in 1569. This was the Polish-Muscovite War.
13:15: The mill appears a few times in the video before, now signifying the country's economic downfall.
18:12: This scene references Polish fighter pilots in the Battle of Britain. Pilecki wasn't a pilot or part of the air force.

As a Pole, I can say that Mieszko the 1st isn't actually the first leader of Poland... there were 3 other leaders before that, being "Siemowit", "Lestek" and "Siemomysł". They all ruled somewhere between the early 800s and 900s.

1619 its time when in Tsardom of Russia was Smuta - time without a tsar. Polish commonwealth raised a war with russia to bring lost tsar son Dyimytry back to throne. Poland won and establish him on throne and later, after death of Dymitr the throne was offered by the Boyars to polish heir and kings son - prince Władysław.
