As a competitive pole dancer, even I don’t like doing supermans. It does help though that most of the nerves in my legs have died at this point. If you didn’t have a collection of bruises on your legs the day after, you didn’t try hard enough. Great job though! 🤟🏼 Loved the dedication to getting the skills down Eva’s a great instructor!
Broo, my sister did pole dancing a whie, and she had lines of bruises the width of the pole goign through her shin and tighs... like, bruises upon bruises from different weeks. One day we counted like 5 colors from purple to the lightest yellow. One day, she went to the doctor for an unrelated reason with her husband, and she entered alone. The doctor was legit worried that he was hurting her, and she had to explain she does pole-dancing classes. Really funny story - Just to be clear, she wasn't doing anything outside the norm, she just bruises easily.
Every lesson in which we do inside leg hang and superman I end up with what I call a "constellation of bruises" on the inside of my legs, and sometimes near my hipbones too 😆
Dude he learned all that super fast. And yes I remember he did a lesson with chain lady that one time so it could have helped with the aerial wraps, but it was still impressive.
what I find amusing is that your activity connects you with interesting and good people, at least those you film - like in nija gym, Jonathan, here that big guy - the way he says it 2:59, lol, nice - restores faith in humanity - very positive.
Yeah I went from ballet and burlesque to pole dance thinking the pain wouldn’t really bother me since I was used to torturing my feet on pointe. I was so wrong, I’m a year into pole training and I still bruise but it’s becoming a bit less painful. I had a teacher tell me that we learn new skills and they hurt, eventually it stops and then we learn harder skills and just repeat cycle forever.
Yay pole dance! Ps pole is challenging but so much fun! Loved catching the content across Juji's and Szat's videos and so happy to see yours! I don't comment much but big fan of you and your beautiful lady and Sean too. Loving all your content!

I love this genre of your videos where you go visit random skillfull people who can teach things. Like that one who was eating fire and the older woman who were training boxing.
The most impressive move I've seen that looks simple, is where someone 'walks' in a 360 circle on the spot. It's seriously impressive when it's smooth too. Which I think you can do considering how easy you make flipping around on that pole look.
He's adventurous and gets out of his comfort zone. His whole channel is him trying new things. imo that's why he's so charismatic. When he does try these new things he gains the respect of the people who make it their passion and the people who never were exposed to these kind of activities. He does it all with no shame either. He doesn't take himself to seriously. Allll fun.

Definitely not crying at the ripped body builder respecting the pain polers go through. Now do it on a spin pole. I wanna see the pain scale on that (also there are modifications based on body shape/size - I had a teacher that would always talk about my long slender legs because she was a shortie saying that this would be easier/harder than because of that. and if you want to train your leg lock start with skater to get your tendons used to the pain while you get to have one elbow hold some bodyweight ;)
Ava seems like she would be a very encouraging lover 😜 I love how Juji just mentioned the idea of Anton struggling at a skill, and Anton says, "That's very motivational!" Your pursuit of learning and seeking perfection never ceases to impress, Anton!
OMG you finally did a pole dancing video 😁😍 Sorry it was so painful for you, but get a full body wax and try again untill you can go on a tour with your pole dancing show 😉 (Oh, and for the algorithm: YaY Pole Dance!)
Yay Pole Dance. What Juji said there was so true. You're a quick learner on a lot of things, but you do seem to have a very low tolerance to pain on the skin. I don't blame you, I'm the same. Cool video though. I wonder how many comments are going to be about that beautiful THICC lady.
OMG! She has the biggest leg muscles! I think that's an advantage for her compared to Anton since she is a bit more protected from pain. I may be wrong thought. Great video guys. Thank you so much for this amazing entertainment!
Actually, it probably makes it even more painful - the pain from Superman comes from the skin being pinched so hard. It’s a trade off with big thighs: you have more skin to grip with but it also means more skin is being pinched.
I am a pole dancer, I've been pole dancing for 7 years Yesterday I was trying a jump with en elbow grip What can I say ... I have a huge bruise now and my arm barely moves 😆 No pain no gain, literally
Pole dancing is a true art form like ballet or stripping. Remember that next time you reach for a $1 bill and instead, make it a $5 in the butt crease. Support the arts!
i was watching this and thinking how is it possible they havent done superman? it's the most painful one!... and there you have ahaha a winner ;D it's really a nasty one :D
The joint flexibility of a dancer is different from that of a resistance athlete. Strong people are better at putting pressure on their joints by lifting or carrying stuff, which makes their joints stiffer, by in doing so, they’re also less flexible. It makes sense that they have such a hard time with it, their vertebrae, hips, etc aren’t used to these movements. Pole dancing does require quite a bit of resistance tho, so in that sense, it may be easier for them than something like ballet.
This isn't what I wanted when I searched for russian pole dancers
Ahah! I’m sorry 😬😅

There's the Scoville scale for how hot chilli's are, we can now have the Fomenko scale for how painful certain exercises are.🤣

The little high pitched squeak while doing that superman thing, definitely said surprised pain.

So that move he did on the ankle is called a remi sit and is actually rated as a beginner move! Pole is freaking hard!
I’ve been waiting for this one!!!! I’m a poler and I’ve always wondered how you’d tackle it. You did great!!
Thank You 😊
