If you lower each consecutive baffle by a 1/4 - 1/2 in the pump will not have to work as hard and youll acheive a flow that is more accurate to the advertised flow! Just a tip for anyone interested!
The flow is run by an air pump via an air lift. Therefore, lowering the baffles won't make any difference to the flow. Increasing the air flow will increase the flow rate. I had to look pretty closely to work it out, and he didn't specify a water pump in the description. Fitting a diffuser (air stone) at the bottom of the lift tube will push more water up the column.
You should cycle the new tank before introducing fish. Atleast run the tank for 15 days, so that beneficial bacteria will generate, if any toxic is present in your tank , beneficial bacteria will not generate. That's the sign for good tank. In my tank all fishes and plants are doing good.

did you use paper coated foamboard? is that waterproof? i would have thought the paper would peel off after a while...
Thank you. This is PVC foam sheet. I am using it from last 2 years. It didn't peel off or damaged it's in good condition till now.

PVC is used in a lot of aquarium applications. I've never had a problem.
The pipes used to plumb a tank are made from pvc in many cases, never causes a issue 🤷♂️
