Customer service at Sweetwater a second to none!
Well it is 2nd to Friedman. He IS the standard against all companies are measured.
@Legrand Groves from what I've heard Dave responds to all of his emails and his customer service is extremely good but you're talking apples and oranges between a one-man company like that (a sole proprietorship) and a company like Sweetwater with over 1,500 employees dealing with customers around the world for a multitude of musical equipment. For what they do and their scope Sweetwater is an astoundingly well run company.
Need a part 2 nick is awesome….👍🏼
Oops, I was convinced it was "tomorrow". Missed it live, watching it now!
Hey there Santiago! Hope you are great. We actually talk a little about you on the show. All good things I promise. 😊😊

so bummed that I missed it but it was fun. Thanks for the mention, always nice to be mentioned of course :)
I worked quite a lot with Nick, we did travel together a few times as well, mainly when working with Satriani.
Gearfest for the customers is way better than any NAMM show!

Listen to Doug's tone throughout. Nick is using RR Jackson with EMG. Doug is using his LP with Suhr Aldrich pickups. The cabs are T75s and you can see the Marshall Powerbrake and they even turn it down a little in it as too loud, but uncertain if straight in from guitar or thru additional EQ/OD, but seems like Nick is saying no around 36:24 in and direct in! Funny, cause 1959RR + T75 4x12 with amp turned up, but attenuated with power brake doesnt seem to give the type of gain Nick and Dough are getting....but Dougs tone sounds even better than Nicks (1:03++ in) and just about exact like Randy's live tone. Would like to get Doug's feedback what he did and if direct-in or not.
1983 when Grim Reapers See You In Hell came out, that ripped us a new one. Great vocals, roaring guitars, ... smashing NWOBH goodness from the UK.
Play Boy and Beavis & Butthead reviews are quality
What?
