Definitelly can't find a better duo. The fact that mike is so huge and so smart with science and training but at the same time does all those jokes is just the best thing ever. And for Will no words just the happiest man training and giving energy. So entertaining keep it up💪💪💪

Also, damn, seeing the lower back cushioning on the leg press machine is actually quite inspiring. It validates a long-held suspicion of mine that the typical leg press 90-degree hard angle between backrest and buttpad is fkin awful for your lower spine.
