Hi Edson, thanks for watching! They're pretty different packs, but the Quantum 70+10 is better if you need to carry a lot of items. It sounds like the Transit 50 may be smaller than what you're looking for.

The detachable day pack can be used as a carry-on. The dimensions of the main pack, with day pack attached, are: 25" x 13" x 15" (inches). That's too large for carry-on for most airlines, but check your airline's requirements: travel-made-simple.com/carry-on-size-chart/
