I love Gregorys.....Over the years I've given up coffee several times....I'm now 63 and coffee doesn't sit as well with me and my digestion. Truthfully, I really like coffee and it gives me so much more pleasure than tea or other drinks. So, I drink a cup or less ...I used to drink throughout the day in my corporate days. A shot of espresso, some steamed almond milk and I'm so so happy. As long as you're happy .... I'm glad for you doing what feel's good! They gave you two cups! You could separate them and get more hot water from them... make two less strong cups of your peppermint tea. Share or bring one home.

I spent a long time catching up on your vids last couple months. I am happy that u are TRULY happy now. Youlook great today in the video. It is ok to give up beauty but it is also great to put on some makeup and do the hair to make yourself feel even more fabulous. Loving you and supporting you from a far away place
