- Calling All Children performed by Jambo in 1991. This is also the title track for his third studio album Calling All Children which instantly became a hit. This was released during a time of growing uncertainty and violence ahead of the imminent fall of Apartheid and is "dedicated to the leaders of tomorrow" and calls on the youth to go back to school.

In 1991 I was 9 years old living with my father and my stepmother. Life was not easy as my stepmother was very abusive towards me and my siblings. My sister and I were sleeping in the lounge on the floor ( which was normal back then). My dad would wake up earlier and put on Radio Zulu then go take a shower. As soon as we hear this song on the radio ( it was played every weekdays at 06:30) we knew we have to get up and prepare for school, which was something I always looked forward to, being away from that house and hated after school😅😅😅. Being beaten with a sjambok at the age of 9 years was no child's play, still have scars to this date 😢😢😢.
