Hey Vincent! I just got one a few days ago! The nib unit DOES in fact unscrew. I unscrewed mine to add some silicone grease on the threads for some extra sealing.
Thank you for your purchase and recommendation. If you purchase again, please contact the backend customer service and we will give you another pen for you to try.
I just bought a Pilot 823 F nib....very smooth and so well built with a big 14 K gold nib.But I also just bought a Hongdien N12...piston filler...with their newer steel EF nib.....and WOW!!! For $29.00 it writes almost exactly as well as the Pilot 823..( which is usually over $200.00)..It is so close to the 823, that I have decided to sell the 823.
Other than the relatively small fill, this looks like a very nice pen. I am glad that the nib is smooth. It is certainly worth consideration. Have you tried increasing the fill with another "pump" of the piston?
My initial thought was, "Meh," but I think it's just because the silver trim doesn't excite me much. The pen is actually pretty nice looking overall. I'm a poster, so the fact that you have to apply so much pressure to get the cap to stay is what makes this a hard no for me. I can imagine that plastic cracking in short order.
Hi Vincenzo, nice review, please keep on going. Because I can´t find the pen on Ali and not on etsy, have you a direct link to the NATAMI SUPER WARSHIP pen? It would be very appreciated. In topic of ASA ... I can´t order a pen on their website. Have you any Information about it? Or doesn´t he send to Germany? And of course I have to mention, that you are guilty in me spending much more money in pens than I used to do, because of your channel! You show us so many beautiful pens, I couldn´t resist. :-D So keep on going! I do really enjoy your weekly recap series. I also have to mention that our pen preverences in design, not the nib size, because I prever the EF nib sizes, ;-), are nearly the same LOL. Greetings from Germany, Chris
I also recently tried to order from ASA and it just looks like everything is sold out so maybe they are taking a break from production? I’m not really sure.
Thank you for another excellent review, Vincenzo! I appreciate how Natami has crafted a design distinct from the Pilot Custom 823. I'm interested in your comparison between the smoothness and wetness of the Natami and Asvine [e.g. V200] nibs. Also, if you've tried the Asvine V126, do you prefer the acrylic of the Natami or the V126? Thank you once again, and please continue the great reviews!
@@fountainpentherapy Many thanks for your responses; I greatly appreciate them. The V200 is indeed a great pen. Thanks again, and I look very forward to watching your next Fountain Pen Therapy episode.
Thank you for the review. I had not seen this Natami Super Warship pen before. I do have an Asvine V200 and it hits me that the pen for comparisons, that didn't hit me before, is a TWSBI Vac 700. That pen was a favorite that fell out of rotation. It might be time to pull that out and see why it went into a drawer.

YEP I just cleaned it out after a week of writing and yes it does unscrew.
Such a lovely fountain pen!
I agree.
No clip Non va bene per me. Agree with you on not having to dismantle the piston/vacuum system for regular cleaning. Great review.
Thanks for sharing
Wonderful
Thank you! Cheers!
I’m enjoying my super warship so much that I already ordered the black one. Love it!
Great. I may do the same.
Thank you Vincent! I've been looking forward to your review of this pen, I've added it to my wish list! 😄
Your welcome

Thank you, I will
Hi Vincenzo,
Do you believe that the chinese pens already can be compared to germany or japaneses pens, talking about quality?
Paulo, from Brazil
I will answer this in this weeks recap> Stay tuned.

Yes but in the review I wanted to show how much without a super fill.
@@fountainpentherapy I think like you the V200 is the better pen. Also to add to the best of the year, I would add the Admok M800.

That's an issue for some of us.
Just got a Twsbi 580 diamond and thought this was a video for that when it came up in my feed.
Its quite different when you look at the pens up close.

Not sure what their story is. They changed website and its a dead zone for now.
@@fountainpentherapy Thx. Sad to hear that.
If you are in the German area, we are submitting the relevant review, and the German area will approve our sales request as soon as possible.

Asvine all the way.
Although I prefer the v200 over the v126. For me the Asvine v200 will be the chinese pen of the year.

That is a great idea. I know that I do that now ever week and there are several great surprises.
