Next time whenever you will travel from Bangalore to Nagpur or vice-versa try the route via Nanded (maharashtra).
Here are the details of this route -
• Bangalore to ORR hyderabad you cover this distance in 7 Hrs.
• From ORR Hyderabad to Nanded Bypass (235 kms) you will cover in 3.5 Hrs. The road is very good and has less traffic.
• From Nanded Bypass to Nagpur (340 kms) you will cover in 4.5 hrs.
From nanded to mahagaon there are few diversions and the work in going on. And from mahagaon to nagpur road is very good.
You will take around 15-16 hrs by this route.
Great info, just on 21 july I drove from bangalore to prayagraj but did not know about the highway you mentioned. I wish I had known. How bumpy is NH-44 I have the experience. That's too much of round about and around 80 kms more and neither you save distance nor time

Did the same trip BLR to LKO 2 months back, entire stretch of 2000 kms approx was butter smooth, except bangalore ORR and Nagpur entry patchy section. Fun fact, Gadkari's home constituency is Nagpur and look at the plight of NH44 in and around Nagpur. Hope you take the Jhansi route as Prayagraj route is in shambles. Good luck!

I also travelled from prayagraj to bangalore non stop except power nap of two to three hours total on 08 july 2023 with my wife and 20 months old daughter. I have made a simple youtube video of my tour @highwayvagabond1335. Keep it up, I just can't stop watching you. And due to road condition, I can also relate how our hatchback shaked and jumped.

What manvi is doing is Mouthing, which is a healthy and normal growth step , check with your doctor. You don't have to take her hands out everytime. It's helping in hand -eye-mouth coordination

I used to drink lots of carbonated drinks earlier. Later on I shifted to Coke Zero, which I guess was little less harmful than others. Even better if you get those 200ml pet bottles, that will your consumption will come down significatly. You will get it in BB.

Just a suggestion.. Place Manvi's seat on the passenger side of the car, rather than on the driver side.. Its safer that way.

Hello Manish ji. I hv a plan to go Kanpur via raod.Which route will be best for us Via Prayagraj or Via Jhansi.

Jhasi is best however till prayagraj it’s cement road and you can take GT road from prayagraj. Both routes good so it’s your choice on time. Just Kalpi has flyover so take wrong side else would be stuff with truck parked. Not sure if that’s the case still.

Telangana ka road makkhan jaisa to hai par speed limit 80 kmph hai. And they give you 2000 rs chalan for overspeeding. Only lucky people can escape this. I found many guys mentioning this in Team BHP blogs. I also got challan once.
