Omg this is so cute i love Frankie!!
My husband gave me a mini Aussie for Christmas. Although they are always busy as a puppy, I love “Ozzy” absolutely adore him. I have never seen a dog as fast as he is, nor as intelligent and quick to learn as his breed seems to be! We had miniature long hair dachshunds (2) for 18 & 17 years. Both my husband and myself didn’t think we could ever love any dog again as much as our dachshunds! UNTIL we met Ozzie, he is as loving if possible perhaps more!
For anyone looking for another breed and who has an abundance of patience to be consistent in a good walk 30/60 minutes and a heart big enough to return these precious breeds fun, very loving and daily mischievous antics during their first growing years. I would highly recommend this breed! Our Ozzy sure makes us feel younger and gives us both joy only a dog can give! ❤❤❤
I watch this over and over- it fills an empty spot in my heart that I really need filled. You and Angelica are the best and it shows in Frankie and Indie. Wish I could just sit and hug the two pups.
Saying indie's name is the equivalent to SQUIRREL for franks

They’ve been bred to have a naturally docked tail. The breed was originally created in the 1800s in California and their bushy tails would get burrs and other prickly things in their tails that would cause infections leading to death.

Awww so cute he made a friend. I went to dog park 1x. All sm dogs/very chill w my minpin. All the sudden All these big dogs show up like 10 of them all at once. People opened door let off leash then went to talk. Not watching at all. 2 big hyper and i mean beyond hyper dogs were running together and both ran my dog over like she was a rag doll. Hurt her bad. Dogs didnt even stop. Front part went 1 way and back end twisted another. I took her to vet right away. Woman with dogs didnt notice or care. I yelled to my dog but she turned around too late. I never went back. She had a stiff back for rest of her life. Dobt let ur dog off leash.
The other dogs were all off leash they’re clearly at a place where dogs are allowed off leash
Also he’s watching his dog and paying attention to him and he has good recall. Australian shepards are working breeds and they need some time off leash to run and play. He’s well trained as he should be for this activity
The only run ins I’ve had have been with bad owners who don’t train and watch their dogs but if you don’t want to encounter those people you can’t go anywhere dogs are allowed.

@@troppotangenttaniainaustra9726 aussies are one of the few dogs that are naturally born without tails. Although the gene doesn't always express so a small % of puppies are born with the tails, the majority are born without.
I live in Australia and very rarely, or almost never to my mind, see a dog without a tail. ?!
@@troppotangenttaniainaustra9726 Sorry I should have been more specific. This is a breed specific thing. It may be that other breeds also have the genetic trait but I'm not sure. I just know that Aussies are often born without tails, and this is natural.
