Hello, thank you for building this amp. It has all the necessities a bedroom guitarist needs in one device like speaker, presets, effects, footswitch, tuner, looper and drum machine. However, I believe there is room for improvement. Instead of producing a lower priced amp you could also offer the customer a high(er) end all-in-one amp for a higher price. I defitenaly believe that millions guitarists are willing to pay a little more as long as they can get a good and compact amp. Right now I don’t have an amp. I see many amps but each and one of them have something missing. E.g. the Fender Mustang GTX series have good sounds, good speaker and looper but they don’t have a built in drum machine. And I dont want to use an external device. Or the Vox Mini Go 50 does have a drum machine but you have to use the tap button for speed instead of turning a knob like the Mooer. Also their footswitch has issues. There are many more examples. What I would like to buy is an amp that took away all disadvantages. I want an amp that is 99% perfect. And I am willing to pay for it. Can you make one?
I use the built in metronome but when I turn the amp off the amp doesn’t store my latest metronome setting. The drumpattern goes back to default mode. That is annoying. The guitar preset channel doesnt have this problem. The amp will remember which channel you were on before turning off the amp. So then why not with the drums?
Also when I want to scroll to to Metronome I cannot use the turning knob to scroll back. Why not? With the channels I can scroll back but with the drum patterns I can only scroll one direction from the default position. Please change it 🙏
I have the Mooer SD75 for a month now. It is a decent amp. But there is one issue that needs to be addressed: the footswitch. It doesn’t make logical sense at all. The led lights are not on/off for one channel but for all 4 buttons at the same time. That way I cannot see on which channel I am unless I walk to the amp’s display. Also there is no display on the footswitch to make it able to see in which rank and on which channel I am e.g. 2D or 01, etc. Also no tuner option. My suggestion is to make a more userfriendly footswitch: 1. whith a big display 2. With tuner option (extra button) 3. Led lights that solely highlight the channel that is used. Fender has one with their Mustang GTX100 although the tuner on that footswitch is not accurate enough. It is not the same as the tuner on their amp. If Mooer would do a better job than Fender and give the SD75 a customer friendly footswitch I would be very happy. I am willing to pay a little more if that’s what it takes ✌️
Do you think this is actually better than the Katana 50 MKII? I'm thinking about getting a practice amp and this looks pretty amazing, but I don't find enough reviews on it :/ (srry for my bad english)
@@neoice601 I see it this way: Even if it doesn't sound quite as good, the possibilities just make it the perfect practice amp and it's pretty cheap too. The big brands leave a lot to be desired when it comes to functions, even the most simple features like bluetooth are far from being standard.
@@neoice601 I`ve tried both. I think Katana is much better because the tone is way more authentic. Looper and drum machine are really cool features but the most important is the tone imho. The distortion effects of the SD30 sound like a can of coke.
Are the included amp models the same as the ge 150/200 ones, ge250/300/pal or completely new ones? They remind me of the ge200 with the slight upper mid boost thing going on.
The big plus is the Airswitch with 150s looper and synchronised drum patterns BUT Airswitch range: 45cm 😒😒. No response from Mooer, Thomann wants me to return the amp and the airswitch for investigation of the problem...
I'm totally mad about Mooers service policy!!! I have two Little Monster amps sitting my workshop for month and they are defective/broken. I emailed Mooer several times for schematics so i can do a repair a bit more easy. But no, they didn't even respond to any of my mails. This is bad customer service!!! They should mention in the manual: "If your amp breaks, throw it away, cause we don't provide schematics to service shops" And hey, those layouts are not that big of a secret anymore, it's a kind of ancient, well know technology, i don't think anyone wants to steal your secret tube amp technic. So in the future i tell my customers better not buy a mooer amp, they are not servicable.

Is it good for metal ?
Nice video!! Which guitars are you playing there?
Is it better than Boss Katana?
Propably
definitely not
In my opinion, yes.
just tried one of these, makes the Katana sound like a toy....any plans on releasing a head version?

Can you use the Mooer software editer to load IR's and create your own patchs like the GE-300?
I doubt it, mooer created no software for These amps, and no firmware update since there inception. Crumby.
Buen vídeo
Awesome!!
Gostei !!!
Podem mandar um pra mim 😎

every sound is great, i can even listen the speaker doing it owns artifactings, TBH that metal preset was pretty shit.
No software, and not a single firmware update since its release, thats terrible customer service for a $500 30 watt comb.
Marshall listen up
